Article 1 — About us

OROLADO is an online synthetic-indices trading platform available at orolado.com. For any question, our support team can be reached at any time from the “Help” section of the site or by e-mail: [email protected].

Article 2 — Nature of the service

OROLADO offers its own indices. These indices do not represent any share, currency or commodity of a real market. Each trade is a fixed-duration position on the movement of the chosen index. It is neither a placement, nor an investment, nor financial advice.

Article 3 — Access conditions

You must be 18 or older and of legal age in your country. Players must check that this type of service is allowed where they are. Only one account is allowed per person, and the information given at registration must be accurate.

Article 4 — How prices move

Prices move continuously, with a new quote every 0.25 second. The same price is shown to every player. No result is decided in advance: nobody, including the OROLADO team, can know the next quote.

Article 5 — Trade rules

BUY (CALL): the trade wins if the final price is above the line. SELL (PUT): the trade wins if the final price is below the line. If the final price is exactly on the line, the stake is returned. With the 90% payout the line is the entry price; with ×5, ×10 and ×50 the target to reach is further away (shown on the chart by a gold line and a coloured zone) and the payout is higher. The rules are the same in demo and real mode.

Article 6 — Stakes

The minimum stake is $1. There is no maximum stake and no cap on winnings: your stake is only limited by your balance.

Article 7 — Demo mode

Demo mode uses virtual money with no value that cannot be withdrawn. It lets you practise with exactly the same rules as real mode.

Article 8 — Deposits

Minimum amounts are shown on the deposit screen. A deposit is credited once the payment provider confirms it. Amounts in local currency are converted at the rate shown at the time of deposit.

Article 9 — Bonuses

OROLADO may offer bonuses at its sole discretion. They appear in the history as “Bonus” and follow the same rules as deposits, including Article 10. If a bonus is obtained by fraud or through several accounts, the account is suspended.

Article 10 — Withdrawals

Before a withdrawal, total stakes must reach 2 times the total deposits and bonuses received. Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown on the withdrawal screen for each method. Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible after validation; timing may vary with the payment method. To protect players and prevent fraud and money laundering, OROLADO may ask for an identity document before approving a withdrawal.

Article 11 — Risks

As with any game of chance, a stake can be lost. Winning and losing streaks are part of chance and no gain is guaranteed. OROLADO is entertainment, not a source of income: only play with money you can afford to lose.

Article 12 — Responsible gaming

If gaming becomes a problem, contact us from the “Help” section: we can limit or close your account at your request (self-exclusion). Take breaks, set yourself a limit and never try to “win back” a loss.

Article 13 — Prohibited behaviour

To keep the game fair for everyone, the following are not allowed: multiple accounts, bots and automated programs, exploiting a technical error, and payment fraud. If abuse is found, the gains it produced may be cancelled and the account closed.

Article 14 — Technical incidents

A trade always ends at the price recorded at its expiry, even if the player disconnects or closes the page. The stake is returned only if that price could not be recorded because of a technical incident on our side.

Article 15 — Personal data

We only keep the data needed to manage the account (identity, contact, operations), for as long as needed for that purpose and for legal obligations. It is never sold. Players can ask to access, correct or delete it from the “Help” section, except data the law requires us to keep.

Article 16 — Suspension and closure

Players can close their account at any time from the “Help” section. If these terms are not respected, OROLADO may suspend an account after review. The legitimate real balance always remains withdrawable under Article 10.

Article 17 — Complaints

Any complaint must first be sent to support from the “Help” section. We undertake to reply as quickly as possible and to seek an amicable solution before any other step.

Article 18 — Changes

These terms may change. We invite you to come back and read them from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.

OROLADO Gifts

A — Daily Challenge

Every day, OROLADO gives you a challenge on a market picked at random just for you. Tap “Start the challenge”, then win 5 trades in a row on that market before midnight. Only trades on the challenge market count. If you lose a single trade on that market, the challenge is lost for the day and a new challenge waits for you tomorrow. When you succeed, your gift equals your smallest stake among the 5 wins, multiplied by 3. It is added instantly to your balance, like a normal deposit. One challenge per day and per account, the same on all your devices.

Examples: you stake $10 each trade and win 5 times in a row → $30 gift. You stake $2, $5, $3, $10 then $4 and win all 5 → smallest stake $2 → $6 gift.

B — Invite friends

Each player has a personal link. When a friend creates an account with your link and makes a first deposit, the friend gets +5% of that deposit as a gift. You get +5% of every deposit of that friend for 365 days, with no amount limit, and you withdraw it whenever you want. These gifts are paid by OROLADO, never taken from your friend’s money. There is no limit to the number of friends: the more you invite, the more you earn. Ideas to invite: create a WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook group and share your link; post your link on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube; show your friends how to sign up and make their first deposit, step by step; introduce them to the Daily Challenge and the Demo tournament to start well. You earn on the friends you invite directly. Inviting yourself or creating fake accounts is forbidden; in that case the gifts are cancelled.

Examples: your friend deposits $20 → he gets +$1 and you +$1. Your friend deposits $1,000 → he gets +$50 and you +$50. After that, each deposit of your friend gives you +5%: he deposits $10,000 → you +$500. 100 friends depositing $100 in the year → you +$500; 1,000 friends → you +$5,000.

C — Demo tournament

Every week, from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (UTC), a free tournament ranks players on demo accounts. You take part automatically after 20 demo trades in the week. Your score is in ORO points: what you win divided by what you stake, times 1000. A winning trade raises your points, a losing trade lowers them. The Top 50 is anonymous: only ORO numbers are shown. The best players of the week are rewarded by OROLADO. Every Monday a new tournament starts from zero.

Example: you stake $200 demo in total and finish with +$66 → 1000 × 66 ÷ 200 = 330 ORO.

D — Deposit bonus

Once a week you can activate your deposit bonus. After activation, a deposit of at least $100 entitles you to +10% of that deposit. The bonus fills up while you play on the real account: +$1 for every $30 played, up to +10% of your deposit. You have 7 days to fill it; whatever is not filled after 7 days is not paid. Each bonus received is added instantly to your balance. Only one deposit counts per week. On the same deposit, the weekly bonus and the invited-friend gift do not add up: you get the larger of the two. Like all bonuses, it follows Article 9.

Example: you activate your bonus and deposit $200 → your bonus is $20. Play: your bar fills up and your bonus lands in your balance. A $90 deposit gives no bonus.

Games, Bets and Social

Article 23 — Games

Games (Games and LIVE) are played with the account’s real balance. The minimum stake is $0.10; depending on the game, a maximum stake may apply and a message shows it when you place the stake. The result of each round is drawn at random by our servers: nobody, including the OROLADO team, can choose it or know it in advance. The possible win is shown in the game before you place the stake.

Article 24 — Bets

A bet is placed on a real event (football, basketball, fights, Bitcoin…). The minimum stake is $0.10. A slip can combine up to 10 picks (multiple bet: the total odds are the product of the odds and every pick must win). The odds are fixed when the bet is placed. Bets close before the event starts. The result is set by OROLADO according to the official result. Football “who wins?”: if the match is a draw, the stake is refunded. A cancelled or postponed event is refunded; in a multiple bet, that pick no longer counts and the rest of the slip continues. The maximum win per slip is $6,000.

Article 25 — Sending money to a friend

A player can send money from their real account to another player, using their ID (R…) or email. Only money coming from the sender’s own real deposits can be sent: never a bonus, a gift or money received from a friend. Sending is free (0% fee) and the minimum is $1. The receiver must wager 2 times the amount received before withdrawing it. Check the recipient carefully before sending. A daily safety limit applies.

Article 26 — Friends, groups and messages

Each player can write to friends, send photos and join groups. In a group, only its creator posts; you join only by accepting an invitation or with the group link. In “Write to us”, you can send the team a text, a photo or a voice note of up to 10 seconds. Forbidden: scams, insults, shocking content and requests for passwords or codes. Each player can block or report another player. OROLADO will never ask for your password.

Article 27 — ID and levels

Each player gets a unique ID starting with R (for example RKBT482): it lets friends find you and gives access to nothing else. A player’s level is calculated only from real activity (days played, real trades, real deposits, invited friends who deposit, quizzes, challenges, missions). Money added by the team does not count.
